Yes. The Starter Plan is completely free with no credit card required. It includes 120 monthly transcription minutes, AI summaries, task extraction, quizzes, and all core Recallify features.
What happens if I run out of transcription minutes?
You can upgrade to the Professional Plan at any time to unlock 1,200 monthly transcription minutes, longer recordings, larger text and video imports, and premium features.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play settings.
Does Recallify offer discounts for students or people with disabilities?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for students, and those using Recallify as part of rehabilitation (ABI, stroke, MCI). Contact us for details.
Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your data remains securely stored, and you can continue to access your notes, summaries, and recordings even if you cancel your paid plan.
Do organisations get custom pricing?
Yes. Organisations can purchase bulk licences with SSO, centralised admin, compliance controls, and domain-based user onboarding.
