Who is the demo for?
Organisations that would license Recallify for the people they support or employ: disability and wellbeing services, SEN and inclusion teams, employers and HR, occupational health providers, NHS and community services, and charities. Individuals do not need a demo: the app is on the App Store, Google Play and the web with a free trial.
Can we run a pilot before committing?
Yes. Most organisations start with one service or cohort. We agree the group, the period and what you want to learn from it before it starts, and review the results with you at the end.
How are licences issued and managed?
What will your data protection team ask?
Where data is stored, what leaves the device, retention and deletion, and who the processors are. We answer security questionnaires and support data protection impact assessments before deployment; bring the questions to the call or send them with the form. Most answers are on our security and compliance page, and our accessibility statement is published.
