Included in every licence
- No monthly usage limits on recording, transcription or imports, subject to fair use
- Limits are per item, not per month: up to three hours per recording, 120 pages per text file and 120 minutes per video file, with no limit on how many of each
- Every function: transcription, structured summaries, task extraction, reminders, calendar integration, recognition quizzes, and search and ask
- Web, iPhone and Android on one account, with content synced across devices
- Email and video support
- Setup guidance for the user, and briefing materials for assessors and assistive technology trainers
Guided AT: practitioner training and setup
This package is outside the SFE software-only approval.
Our research with people with cognitive impairment shows that training and support help them learn Recallify and build the habit of using it day to day. Guided AT is delivered by a psychology practitioner under the supervision of a clinical neuropsychologist.
- One training and setup session, configuring Recallify around the person's cognitive profile and daily pattern
- Two follow-up calls in the first term, to review how it is being used and adjust the setup
It is priced separately so it can be left out where the person gets that support elsewhere.
How a licence is funded
-
Education and DSA
Recallify AT software is approved by Student Finance England for recommendation through Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). A needs assessor can recommend it where it meets an essential study need. SFE decides whether to fund it for each student. The approval covers software only, shown here as Core AT. Guided AT adds practitioner training and setup and is outside this SFE approval. A disability or student support service can also license Recallify AT for the students it supports, and a student can buy a licence directly. Needs assessors get product information and a demo account on request.
Recallify AT through DSA -
Workplace
Access to Work can fund a licence recommended in an assessment; an employer can buy one as a reasonable adjustment; an occupational health provider can license it for the people it supports. The Access to Work guide has a calculator for the employer's share.
Recallify for the workplace -
Self-funded
An individual can buy the one-year Core AT licence directly on the personal pricing page. The price is the same as here; no VAT is charged.

Licences for a service, a cohort or a team
Organisations buying for a group are priced per licence in a proposal after a demo, with the onboarding plan in writing.

Questions assessors and buyers ask
Does product approval guarantee DSA funding?
Recallify AT software is approved by Student Finance England for recommendation through Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). A needs assessor can recommend it where it meets an essential study need. SFE decides whether to fund it for each student. Recommendation does not guarantee an individual award.
Are the usage limits monthly?
No. Recallify AT has no monthly allowance. The limits are per item: up to three hours for one recording, 120 pages for one text file and 120 minutes for one video file, with no limit on how many recordings or files a person adds. The Personal plan, by contrast, has an allowance of 600 transcription minutes a month.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. TinieAI Ltd, the company behind Recallify, is not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price paid.
Core AT or Guided AT?
The approval covers software only, shown here as Core AT. Guided AT adds practitioner training and setup and is outside this SFE approval. Core AT is the software with setup guidance and support by email and video. Guided AT adds a training and setup session with a psychology practitioner and two follow-up calls, for people who will benefit from help building the habit. Where that support is provided elsewhere, for example by an assistive technology trainer, Core AT is the right choice.
How do we order?
For SFE-funded DSA support, follow the student's entitlement letter and arrange supply through the allocated supplier. Assessors and suppliers can use the quote form for software prices and product information. For institution-funded, employer-funded or private purchases, we confirm the licence and payment arrangements directly, with a written quote within 1 to 2 working days. Assessors can request a demo account and find the product sheet in the assessor toolkit.
Assessing someone who could use Recallify?
We provide a demo account, the product sheet and the wording an assessment needs, within 1 to 2 working days.
