Recording length and import size are limits per item, not monthly allowances. On Personal, 60 minutes is the longest single recording and 60 pages the largest single text file; the monthly allowance is the 600 transcription minutes. Recallify AT has no monthly usage limits at all, subject to fair use.

How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all Personal features for 7 days. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and you’ll be charged. You can cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play settings.
What happens if I run out of transcription minutes?
You can track your remaining minutes in the app. If you need more, additional minutes are available through your subscription settings.
Are the usage limits monthly?
Only the transcription minutes are. The Personal plan includes 600 transcription minutes a month. Every other number is a limit per item rather than a monthly allowance: 60 minutes is the longest single recording, 60 pages the largest single text file and 60 minutes the longest single video import, and there is no cap on how many files you import. Recallify AT has no monthly usage limits at all, subject to fair use, and its per-item limits are three hours per recording, 120 pages per text file and 120 minutes per video file.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play settings.
Is there a plan for students with a disability, or for people in rehabilitation?
Yes. Recallify AT is our licence for people whose disability affects memory, attention or executive function, including students with a disability and people in rehabilitation after a brain injury or stroke, or with mild cognitive impairment. It is a one-year single-user licence with no monthly usage limits, at £130 with no VAT charged. Guided AT, which adds training and setup from a psychology practitioner, is also available. Do I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your data remains securely stored, and you can continue to access your notes, summaries, and recordings even if you cancel your paid plan.
Do organisations get custom pricing?
Yes. Organisations can purchase bulk licences with SSO, centralised admin, compliance controls, and domain-based user onboarding.
Is my data secure under any plan?
Yes. All plans include end-to-end encryption, GDPR compliance, ICO registration, and Cyber Essentials certification.
