Workplace
Recallify for employers and occupational health
Practical support for neurodivergent staff and for people returning to work after a brain injury, long Covid or illness: meetings captured, summarised and turned into actions, so less has to be held in mind.
What gets in the way
Where it helps at work
For an employee with ADHD, a brain injury or cognitive fatigue these are daily obstacles, and they are also where reasonable adjustments make the biggest difference.
-
Meetings that move too fast to note
Recallify records the meeting or the conversation, so following it does not depend on writing it down at the same time.
-
Instructions given once
A summary with the decisions and the next steps, so what was said can be checked afterwards instead of recalled.
-
Actions lost between conversations
The actions become tasks with priorities and deadlines in the employee's own calendar.
Notes, documents and voice memos go in the same place, and can be searched or asked questions of later.
It can be funded through Access to Work as part of an assessment, provided by an employer as an adjustment, or licensed by an occupational health provider for the people it supports. Read how people use it in our return-to-work guide and the workplace case studies.
How it works
A working day with Recallify
-
Capture the meeting
Record on a phone or in the browser, or type a note afterwards. Recallify transcribes as it goes.
-
Get the summary
Key points, decisions and next steps in a few lines, ready to check against and share if the employee chooses.
-
Actions to the calendar
Tasks are pulled out automatically, given priorities and deadlines, and sent to the calendar with reminders.
Reviews
In people's words
Public reviews from people using Recallify at work. Filmed stories are being recorded and will appear here.
-
This single app has replaced the four I was previously using along with sticky notes. Only yesterday I was at a conference and it summarised my notes and the topics discussed, which both me and my manager thought were great.
-
This has helped me no end with recording meetings, conversations, generating action plans and keeping track of my daily tasks. A huge benefit in reducing the cognitive load.
For assessors
For occupational health advisers and Access to Work assessors
We provide a demo account, a product sheet and the wording assessors need for a recommendation. Occupational health providers can license Recallify for the people they support and refer employees to us for onboarding.
Evidence
Evidence, data and the employer's view
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we are registered with the ICO, Cyber Essentials certified and work to UK GDPR, and we answer security questionnaires before deployment. Recallify is being evaluated in an NIHR-funded feasibility study in acquired brain injury and was piloted with adults living with long Covid.

Questions employers ask
Can an employee record meetings with colleagues?
Recording is the employee's choice and subject to your organisation's policies; most employees tell colleagues they are recording for their own notes, as they would with any note-taking aid. Typed notes and uploaded documents work the same way without recording.
Is it funded by Access to Work?
Access to Work can fund assistive software recommended in an assessment. We provide the product information an assessor needs, and a demo account, on request.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, Android and any modern browser through the web app, with the same account across all of them.
