Recallify AT pricing
The single-user assistive technology licence for a student or an employee, for one to five years, with no monthly usage limits. Bought by disability services, employers and occupational health providers, funded through Access to Work, or self-funded.

One licence, one to five years
Core AT is the software alone. Guided AT adds training and setup from a psychology practitioner, £250 on top of a licence of any length. A multi-year licence covers a whole course or a whole return-to-work plan in one purchase.

Guided AT: practitioner training and setup
Our research with people with cognitive impairment shows that training and support help them learn Recallify and build the habit of using it day to day. Guided AT is delivered by a psychology practitioner under the supervision of a clinical neuropsychologist.
- One training and setup session, configuring Recallify around the person's cognitive profile and daily pattern
- Two follow-up calls in the first term, to review how it is being used and adjust the setup
It is priced separately so it can be left out where the person gets that support elsewhere.
How a licence is funded

Education
A disability or student support service can license Recallify AT for the students it supports, and a student can buy a licence directly. Needs assessors get product information and a demo account on request.

Workplace
Access to Work can fund a licence recommended in an assessment; an employer can buy one as a reasonable adjustment; an occupational health provider can license it for the people it supports.

Self-funded
An individual can buy the one-year Core AT licence directly on the personal pricing page. The price is the same as here; no VAT is charged.
Personal pricing
Licences for a service, a cohort or a team
Organisations buying for a group are priced per licence in a proposal after a demo, with the onboarding plan in writing.
Questions assessors and buyers ask
Are the usage limits monthly?
No. Recallify AT has no monthly allowance. The limits are per item: up to three hours for one recording, 120 pages for one text file and 120 minutes for one video file, with no limit on how many recordings or files a person adds. The Personal plan, by contrast, has an allowance of 600 transcription minutes a month.
Is VAT added to these prices?
No. TinieAI Ltd, the company behind Recallify, is not VAT registered, so the price shown is the price paid.
Core AT or Guided AT?
Core AT is the software with setup guidance and support by email and video. Guided AT adds a training and setup session with a psychology practitioner and two follow-up calls, for people who will benefit from help building the habit. Where that support is provided elsewhere, for example by an assistive technology trainer, Core AT is the right choice.
How do we order?
Write to info@recallify.ai with the term and whether Core or Guided; we confirm the price in writing and arrange payment with the funder or the organisation. Assessors can ask for a demo account and the product sheet at the same address.
