Recallify in two minutes
The quickest way to see what Recallify does. Sarah records a note about a doctor's appointment and follows it through the app: the transcript and short summary, the reminder Recallify suggests from it, a quiz made from the note, and finding it again by asking a question in plain words.

Getting started with Recallify
A walk through the whole app on a phone and in a browser, one feature at a time: the home screen and timeline, recording and importing, the three ways to find something again, quizzes, tasks, reminders and sharing. It also explains why a note you save may be labelled a reminder or a task: Recallify sorts what you save by itself, and you can change the label with one tap.

Turning recordings into tasks
How a recording becomes a to-do list. Sarah imports a recorded project discussion; Recallify transcribes and summarises it and picks out the tasks that came up. She sets each task's priority and due date, then finds the discussion again on the timeline, with its transcript, summary and tasks together.
